I especially like the event to event metrics part. We&#039;ve done a ton of work in this area for IBM, Cisco and others. Beyond this, we are seeing a dashboard approach being used across marketing channels, including events, interactive, advertising, direct, etc... to study the relationship between different channels on moving customer relationships forward...
